RoomBoard is a one-stop touchscreen way-finding solution that shows space availability, maps event listings to rooms, and integrates with MeetingMinder interactive room signs. This custom module guides people to their meetings and lets those looking for meeting space to quickly find available rooms. It combines digital signage, interactive way-finding and schedules. The number of rooms available shows at top with open rooms show in green and busy room are red. RoomBoard supports 2-way booking from RoomBoard or MeetingMinders, and integrates with your EMS or Exchange directory. A custom map can have directional paths for up to 25 rooms. ADA-compliant controls are included and you can customise the design with your own logo, colours and map. Traditional digital signage playlists can also be included.
