THE IMPACT YOU’LL MAKE
In this Account Development role, your focus will be on working closely with retail accounts/resellers to ensure sales growth.
​Your success will be rewarded by an uncapped commission structure that will give you the opportunity to earn well above industry standard (this is in addition to a base salary).
Your portfolio of existing accounts spans across VIC and TAS and includes retailers like JB Hi-Fi, Store DJ, DJ City and independent stockists.
​Develop and maintain solid relationships with your customers by providing regular training, consistent support, product knowledge and promotional campaigns.
You will be heavily supported by head-office and will collaborate regularly with marketing to provide market intelligence and customer feedback.
​This is the ideal role for anyone who has an interest in selling and / or music production and wants to join a high-growth business.

THE EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING
Experience in retail sales

A passion in the audio visual and music industry

Intangible qualities such as clear communication, a team focus and the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers

Flexibility to travel interstate occasionally and to be face to face with customers locally on a regular basis
