WOOHAH is seeking an experienced and dynamic Production Manager with with extensive Concert Touring & Production experience to join our Sydney based team.

As a Production Manager at WOOHAH you must be able to demonstrate;

  • Intermediate-advanced technical knowledge of LED, video/vision & general AV equipment.
  • 3+ years’ experience managing all aspects of Concert Touring Event Production.
  • 3+ years experience building and managing events from quote to production delivery.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple on-going projects and competing deadlines.
  • Intermediate to advanced experience using CAD related software such AutoCAD, Vectorworks, Visio will be essential.
  • Proven experience developing & delivering SWMS, JSA documents & Production Packs is essential.
  • Rigging framework knowledge relating to large scale arena events is essential.
  • Proven client & stakeholder management experience (internal & external) is essential.
  • Strong technical problem solving and practical problem solving is a must.
  • Proven experience managing small-large onsite crew.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong written/verbal communication skills.
  • Previous experience meeting event budget targets.
  • Ability to work autonomously and without supervision.
  • Willing to travel interstate and work weekends as required is a must.


  • Australian Driver’s License & own vehicle (essential)
  • Working with children’s check (essential)
  • Rigging Licence (desirable)
